1. What influence do the teachings of universalism, annihilationism, and conditionalism have upon one's belief in Christ's death on the cross? Are these influences sufficient to jeopardize an understanding of one's need of Christ as Savior?
2. What natural tendencies of mankind promote the conclusions of universalism, annihilationism, and conditionalism? What biblical teachings are offered to support or challenge these tendencies? Evaluate these teachings as to how clearly they are taught in Scripture.
3. Would a Christian's view of the persons and nature of God differ through accepting the doctrine of universalism, annihilationism, or conditionalism? In what ways? Are these differences supported by Scripture?
